The very experienced and knowledgeable Chef Antoine spoke fluent English, Indonesian and French, and it was a fun atmosphere in our all ages group. The modern and professional kitchen is excellent and has multiple cooking stations. All ingredients and equipment had been prepared for us so it was an easy and time efficient experience. The food was delicious and as we couldn’t finish it, the staff packed it for us and we had the left overs the next day. The main house showcases amazing ceramic works, wonderfully detailed and intricate. Large sculptures to small ceramic pieces, often whimsical. Lunch is reasonable and decent. The bedroom in the main house section is available for rent. Got to meet the artist on one visit, very down to earth and willing to chat about his work; refreshing encounter.
